All digital sales are final.
If you experience a problem with your digital purchase, such as downloading issues, please contact my ebook and audiobook delivery service at help@bookfunnel.com. They have fantastic customer support and will help you get your book onto your preferred device!
Unsigned paperbacks
Unsigned paperback books are fulfilled via Bookvault. If you receive a faulty book, you should contact their support team within 14 working days of receiving the order. Include your Bookvault order number, the ISBN of the affected book, and details about the issue, along with images of the defect or damage. They will then assess the situation and offer a solution, which may include a reprint, resend, or refund
All signed paperback sales are final unless it is due to a fault.
For the refund of signed paperbacks, please email me at info@melissaterezeauthor.com within 7 days of receiving your product (based on tracking information). Please use the subject 'refund' and include your name, order number, and a picture of your faulty item. I will be happy to refund you or resend the item.
