Shipping policy

When you purchase goods from my store, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

 

Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel.

 

PLEASE NOTE: These will be delivered to the email address on record with Shopify. Please check this email address as well as your spam folder if you do not receive the BookFunnel email within 3 minutes. If you have Gmail, the email might be in your Promotions folder.

 

Print books are printed to order and shipped by Bookvault, from the US (for US customers), Canada (for Canadian customers), Australia (for Australian customers) or from the UK for all other countries. It can take between 5-7 business days to print. Shipping times vary per location. Import duties and taxes may be due upon delivery depending on the shipping location.

 

Signed books are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 3-5 business days. Please provide a phone number with your shipping address as some couriers require it. Shipping times vary per location. Depending on your location, import duties, fees and taxes may be charged by your courier on delivery. We have no control over these fees.

 

Please provide my store with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. I cannot be liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of being provided with inaccurate or incomplete information.
